SEC Probes Cancelled Trades in Flash Crash – WSJ
U.S. securities regulators are looking into a trading practice called “quote stuffing,” in which unusually large numbers of rapid-fire orders to buy or sell stocks are placed and canceled almost immediately, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.
